Don’t usually like sours, but this is great. Very lemony

Sour with lemon, which is right up my street. Don't really get many botanicals, but it is a bit Tom Collins like so perhaps they are there

Well as you might have guessed I like this. Can’t add much more to what I’ve already said. It’s a blinking good drink.

I can’t add anything else. This is a cracking little beer. There’s so much going on and yet it’s so refreshing. Love this beer.

Me oh me oh my Roy. This has a clean, clinical aroma of gin and tonic with that herby, slight spice of juniper. It’s crystal clear like a good sour, it’s got a real taste of juniper, hibiscus and sharp citrus like lime and even rosemary. It really is like a Tom Collins in a beer.
