The 2015 vintage of our Imperial Stout took our brewery to the absolute limits - we don't do boring. We crammed in as much malt as we could physically fit into our mash tun to create a heady mix of luscious bitter-sweet chocolate, cold-brewed coffee, molasses and dried fruit. Drunk young, this beer offers punchy fruit notes and a satisfying warmth from the alcohol, however this will develop beautifully in bottle for years to come as the structure softens and the complexity of the malt flavours really shine.
