Dark cloudy ale, slight head, fruity malty aroma. First taste, slight fruity malty sweetness, late lingering bitterness. A nice pint.

A nice easy drinking beer. Not quite sure what “Modern Bitter”is meant to mean. Nevertheless enjoyable.

Claims to be modern. I'd happily call it a classic bitter. Easy, quaffable slightly fruity. Nice balanced bitterness. Clean refreshing finish.
