Hop Stuff Brewery was born on the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, where artillery, shells, and bombs were once produced for Britain's ware efforts. Nowadays it is a warm residential hub to many Londoners – and a great place to brew (and enjoy) beer. The Gunner's Porter is a rich and heavy number with roasted coffee and dark chocolate flavours – so is best shared in warm confines, away from the winter outside.
