Even though we are huge suckers for those soft, hazy, juice bursting, tropical fruit dripping IPA's, there will be always place in our hearts for good old West Coast style IPA's. This one is our vision of the style - dank, resinous, piney and with decent amount of that grapefruit pithy bitterness that dries it all up and makes you wanna drink more. This one is brewed with Topaz, Centennial, Columbus and Cascade hops.
