Kirkas, tumman ruskea olut. Sormen paksuinen valkoinen vaahto. Tuoksussa makeaa maltaisuutta , reilusti siirappia, pähkinää ja aavistus suklaaata. Maku alkaa upeasti makean vaahterasiirappisena ja lisäksi suklaisuutta, karamelliä, kuivattua hedelmää sekä hieman alkoholia. Hyvässä tasapainossa makeutta, happamuutta ja katkeroa.
