This is a beer I bought in 2012, and I've kept it on the shelf for 6+ years, so I was somewhat curious of how it turned out. First off, this is probably the heaviest stout I've ever tried. First I got some serious chocolate notes and a strong vibe of port. The black ops is also amazingly thick and full, not sure if it has to do with the ageing. Also because of the 10,5% alcohol, this is a beer I'd suggest you share with a friend or two. Not sure if I'd manage to drink more than a glass of this anyway, just because it is so heavy. But the sweetness - malt - kick-in-the-balls - ratio is close to spot on.

Melkoisen maukas olut ollakseen edes olematta olemassa. 6 vuoden kypsytys ei ollut tehnyt hallaa. Enemminkin hionut särmät. Pehmeä paahdetta, kahvia, kuivahedelmää. Hienostunutta vaniljaa. Yllättävän raikas silti. Jälkimaussa hauskaa shamppaista kuivattavuutta.
