Bersalis Tripel 2017 Maturé pendant 18 mois dans des foudres en chêne de Brunello di Montalcino. J'ai voulu faire un test mais je l'ai laissé trop vieillir (Date limite: 30/10/20). Elle n'est plus sour mais a un léger goût de vinaigre. L'alcool prend le dessus. Test raté.
