Une Dipa blackberry cream pop, un mélange audacieux pour une blonde qui m’a intrigué! Un nez forcément très houblonné avec une note de gourmandise en plus: mangue et vanille. Elle a tout ce qu’on attend d’une dipa avec une légère douceur fruitée qui arrive en fin de bouche, WOW!

Aroma is of creamy strawberries. Taste has strawberries and vanilla. There is some hoppiness present. The strawberry is flavorful, yet subtle. The vanilla tastes real and adds a smooth creaminess to balance the strawberries. The hop bitterness reminds you it's an IPA. Very well done. A slightly stronger strawberry flavor would elevate this beer a bit higher, but it's still quite tasty. 4/5
