Clear, deep amber beer with decent, short-lived carbonation releases a one-finger, white, soft head that exceeds one finger and settles hastily down to a lace ring on top. The retreating foam paints the glass with thin cobwebs. The scent is, generally speaking, truly mild, offering only a grainy aroma and a bit of malt. The tongue portrays a strong, light-sharp grainy nuance and hefty malt, followed by a somewhat grassy aroma and a very remotely butyric whisper. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with grainy malt and relatively sharp bread dough. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, crisp, medium-strong and a bit bulky.
