I have drank only one beer from La Calavera but that was absolutely brilliant beer. Can't wait for this one. Bottle. Best before: 2/2020 Temperature: +7 degrees Hazy, Yellow-Orange color. Very small head that is soon gone: 2/5 Nose: tart fruits, smokey funk, barnyard... Suprisingly similar as one of my Brett beers... Unfortunately I concider that beer utterly shit. And can't say I enjoy this any better: 2/5 Mouthfeel is light, with vinegar-y feel (similar that my beer has! So this beer probably has been hit by lot of oxygen after the fermentation has been done), strong tartness. Not very enjoyable: 2/5 Taste: slight vinegar touch, fruit zest, tart, smokey leather, horse (I could imagine it tasting something like this): 7,5/15 Nope! There's nothing nice about this beer. Propably this has either been exposed to oxygen after fermentation has been complete or the fermentation itself has not been controlled with care: 7/20 =20,5/50
