👁 trüb hellgolden; grobporiger, am Glas haftender Schaum 👃🏻 helle Malze 👄 Ach, ich weiß nicht, diese Form eines Hellen ist nicht so recht meins. Sowohl leicht süßliche Malze schimmern durch, im Grunde dominanter ist aber eine krautige Hopfenherbe, die in dieser Ausprägung so manches Pils nicht vorweisen kann. Zwar muss es sich nicht den Vorwurf gefallen lassen, ein Einheitsbrei-Helles zu sein, aber ein gut gemachtes bayerisches Helles ziehe ich jederzeit vor.
