Medium Dry, apples harvested in 2017, mix of sweet dessert apples with length and body from cider apples. Crisp, clean finish.

A crisp finish and a simple flavour that was very enjoyable. Quite a light coloured cider, it doesn’t have a huge depth of taste, IMO, but easy to drink and I’ll be buying more. Strong.
