Slightly creamy, probly because of the lactose, but i don't think that's a good mix. It tastes pretty awful. Like an IPA went terribly terribly wrong. The beer is strong, would've kicked my ass if I kept drinking them, but the overall taste just put me completely off. Definitely not worth $13 for a 12oz 4-pack, which I know is only because it's a Double IPA, but still.
