A limited edition double decoction lager using traditional German brewing methods and German malts and hops. Double decoction is an old fashioned, time consuming way of brewing which helps to develop a more complex malt profile. A light amber colour with a light caramel malt on the nose. The malt profile is complex but not heavy with a clean lager finish.

So, it’s Saturday night, I’ve tried this before and was a bit unsure, however it’s growing on me. It’s golden in colour with a malty, slightly peppery aroma and taste. It’s pretty decent, you can almost taste the spring water. It’s a decent Vienna.
