15 & 30, Pale Ale, Sherry Cask, 5%: Cerveza de color marrón claro y un poco turbia, con espuma blanca bastante persistente. Olor maltoso y levemente cítrico. Cuerpo sedoso. Sabor intenso, algo seco y amargo, con ligeras notas cítricas. Aprobado raspado.
