Je sens plus la douceur que l'amertume. C'est mielleux. Parfait pour se réchauffer. Ninkasi garde encore une âme d'artisanale.

Douceur et amertume caractérisent cette belle bière de l'excellent Ninkasi. Un bon nez aux senteurs de seigle, puis le goût persiste en bouche, avec une belle amertume en final.
