Une bonne IPA de nos amis americains (Colorado). Le nez est assez léger et fruité. En bouche l'amertume prédomine avec des notes de passions et d'agrumes. Avec une planche de charcuterie c'est un délice. Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas l'amertume, passez votre chemin.
