Koch Blond is a fruity golden Belgian Ale type beer, which is made from various malt types, hops, sugar and a bit of cilantro to give it that something special. For fermentation, we use a specially selected belgian ale yeast. This slightly sweet, yet smooth beer has a spicy aroma of ripe fruits. In the aroma bouquet you can feel some melon, bananas, citrus, currants and some yeast. The aftertaste remains smooth, slightly sour and fruity.
