Really pale, like white wine, good head and quite fizzy a good aroma of sharp fruits and yeast. It’s got a hint of some kind of stone fruit, it’s the very slightest taste of peach (or maybe I’m imagining it?) it’s got a dryish aftertaste and a little bitterness. Very refreshing. It’s definitely the season for saisons.

Tuoksuu hedelmäiselle saisonille, jossa vehnää ja happamuutta. Suutuntuma hapan ja aika pehmeä. Maussa happamuutta, maanläheisyyttä, yrttejä, sekä vehnäoluen makuja.
