This is our first ever release, and still remains our most popular beer. Brewed with care in the Shetland Islands on the edge of the North Atlantic, our lager is carefully cold conditioned for at least four weeks do develop its crisp, distinctive taste. It packs a flavour punch, saluting the lightly kilned lager malt, rounding off with a lingering, complimentary bitterness from the Saaz hops.
