I recieved this beer from a fellow homebrewer. I have let him try a few of mine but this is the first hes brewed since I've started.
It's called double bung because before they realized the carboy was a different size than normal they had lost two bings through the mouth.
Coppery orange color with massive carbonation but not a lot of head building.
Aromas are very yeasty with lemon and kind of a dill note. The yeast is kind of a mix between saison, Belgian and hefeweizen.
Flavour is a lemon forward massive yeast taste with dill pickle undertones. Just a hint though. It's actually quite tasty. Well done.
