CN Tower, Toronto 🇨🇦 "Tower Lager" is of course a must although CAD 12 (=8.50 €) is a somewhat upmarket price even in expensive Canada. The beer colors lucid, deep gold. The rich carbonation unleashes a pure white, tiny-bubbled head that reaches one finger. The foamy cap dissolves rushedly to a frazil-icy lacing wafting on the surface. No splatters can be detected afterwards. The scent displays merely pale malt. I'm not surprised. The tongue receives pale malt, mediocre hops and an oppressed injection of unidentified citrus. The light-bodied beer ends hastily with the same few components as before. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, truly clean and balanced. It's a fairly standard though niceish Lager. Done, no need to revisit. ✔️
