This ambrata is murky brown with a ruby tint. The head grows only one finger tall, colors light beige and dissolves then to the sides. Sweet caramel malt, cookie and a whisper of raisin form the olfactory cocktail. The flavor package is quite easy: caramel malt, bitter raisin, multigrain bread and a tiny amendment of something like fermented citrus. Alcohol is not present but it's hanging on the edge there... The body is light-medium. The finish takes some time to leave this world. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth, remotely crisp, lip-glueing and absolutely gulpable. Easy as a beer can be.
