Munkholm Original is brewed as a proper beer, but the fermentation is stopped before the alcohol is created, resulting in a non-alcoholic beer with a full beer taste. It has a pale straw colour and a brisk malt, straw and hay aroma with floral notes. The flavor has a light sweet touch and a low bitterness.
