Tankové Pivo comes direct from our cellars in Budweis to your glass....It is the closest way to our brewery. The cellars are where the Budweiser Budvar magic happens. Creating a lager, that brings flavours together like a symphony from the finest of orchestras takes time. That is why Budvar is matured for 90 days. In fact the total brewing process is 102 days. Every single day helps to fine tune those flavours. The maturation time isn’t without expense, but as the Boss of our brewery says. ‘Life is not only about economics. Beer is a special product. It requires emotion to make it well.’ He is a brewer, not an accountant. No offence to accountants we just know that brewers make better tasting beer. It's giving you the best taste we can that is important to us. No short cuts. To experience the exquisite taste of Budvar in its most amplified form is to taste it from the brewery cellars. Tankové Pivo brings the brewery cellar to you. We take bringing it to you as seriously as we do brewing it. The flavours are louder because it is unpasteurised. It remains fresh because it is delivered in temperature controlled tanks. The mouthfeel is smooth because the tanks are airtight and no air touches the beer. In fact the only thing that is missing is the smell of the Moravian malt from the Brewhouse. And you don't even have to leave your bar to taste it.
