Misty, deep amber beer with regular, short carbonation builds a one-finger, pure white, silky head that leaves no traces on the glass when drying. The fragrance portrays recognizeable pineapple, a good amount of lemon pulp and, quite unexpectedly, remote asparagus. Well, well... The palate displays some wheat malt, a gentle injection of grapefruit, a little bit of pineapple and a pinch of grated lemon peel, softened by toast. The light-bodied beer finishes with light-hoppy grapefruit, some lemon peel and a tad wheat malt. The aftertaste has short to medium duration. The mouthfeel is relatively light, a bit stuffy, faintly spicy and slightly warming.
