80 Shilling is Belhaven’s classic, just like beer great great great grandpa would have had. It has a classic red appearance in the glass, rich and smooth. An Austrian Emperor once described 80/- as ’the burgundy of Scotland’. Not sure how many he’d had, but the man clearly had taste.

A nice ale, quite hoppy/bitter maybe can only have a couple in a row, but quite enjoyable.

Scottish beer. Good colour. Surprisingly smokey taste but not a bad one. Couldn't drink too many, though.
