The pink elephant is synonymous with the Huyghe Brewery in Melle, Belgium, a town where beer has been brewed since 1654. According to tradition, orange peel and coriander are added to the brew to bring out the flavour.

Lemony flavoured wheat beer without that natural wheat beer after taste. Slightly disappointing.

Une blanche (?) ou au moins un goût de blanche et une persistance d’oranges amères 😳

Very refreshing wheat beer. Your usual suspects on show coriander citrus and maybe a bit peppery. Lovely drop

Not bad this wheat beer. The Orange and coriander taste is there, maybe light but still there. Very refreshing.
