Hazy but a little sweet. Fresh. Great refresher after a walk through the medieval gardens

Draft; pours a hazy light to medium straw, gentle carbonation; on the nose fresh and complex, notes of apple skins and wet orchard floor, citrus character; on the palate sweet and juicy, notes of lemon acidity, aroma green apple skins follows; light to medium bodied, fresh and light; medium finish with a sweet lemony aftertaste

A flat cider, was quite nice good flavour of apples... a little too much apple juice for me.
