Yllättävän mautonta, vain vähän kepeää omenan makua. Happamuus olisi kyllä ihan hyvällä tasolla, sääli kun ei pääse kunnolla loistamaan.

Raikas, tasapainoinen ja helppo. Maanläheisyyttä, kuten ranskalaisesta sopi odottaa. Voisi juoda useammankin. Brutiksi makeutta löytyy. Jälkimaku omenamehumainen.

Omenainen, raikas, maku kestää pitkään.

Oikein mainio siideri. Sopivan kuiva, maukas.

Clear amber cider with powerful carbonation produces mediocre, white head that melts away almost immediately. Nose has oven apple, medium-sour Breton apple and a very remote syrupy note. The palate portrays light-sour Breton apple and oven apple, again, as well as a bit of cinnamon. This cider is quaffable but not sour enough to my taste. It finishes relatively short with somewhat more sour apple as well as a note of cinnamon. The gustatory palate is, hence, rather simple and straightforward. Mouthfeel is light-tart, Mediterranean and natural.
