Nose is a light whiff of smoked cheese (that soft smoked one in an orange wax skin) Taste is full on smoked cheese and unbelievably on the swallow there's a bit of digestive biscuits taste too. Quite bitter in the mouth but a sweetish finish. Finally on the swallow, a little burn like from ginger or chilli... Tasting notes sadly lacking at this fest, this was only my second beer so I'm not beyond describing... At 3.9 this was a really interesting and enjoyable beer, food pairing? Got to be cheese!
