After Sunday cycling in +4°C wet and grey weather. Let's test how west coast ipa works after sports. This beer serves very well after sports. Bright and beautiful copperyellow beer with durable white foam on surface. Scent is promising, to piny resins and citrus aromas. Taste is bitter even that the first bite tastes to caramel malts. But then hoppy bittetness with flavors of piny resins and coniferous follows, also flavors of grapefruit peel and passionfruit. Great beer.

IPA lakipiste. Ehkä. Ollaan ainakin lähellä. Erittäin hyvä. Ei kikkailuja. Sellainen kun sen pitää olla.
