Hazy but not opaque, still semi transparent and a slight gentle sparkle can be seen. Tropical, citrus and stone fruit aromas on the nose, including orange, lime, pineapple, passion fruit and even a slight air of pear and elderflower probably from the Vic Secret hops. Juicy and quite thick in the mouth for a pale, gives a hefty sense of IPA. Gooseberry and white grape make way for golden grapefruit, pineapple, peach and pine, wrapped up in a tangy whole. Clean finish that's strong and lingering, not really dank but large amounts of Citra and Mosaic leave a strong impression of hops. Not the most enjoyable pale ever mind you, it's not a juice bomb but it is a big hop, hefty pale ale, beyond it's 5.9% ABV. It tastes like a 6.5%, not via alcohol flavour but by gravitas.
