This brew is complex. Color reminds me of a blend of white and red grapefruit juice. Aroma is hard to determine, but I seem to always detect a slight pine undertone. Taste is more straightforward, starts tart and finishes so dry it's like it evaporated in my mouth. Overall I enjoyed it enough to put it on my shopping list.
