La palette de dégustation 4/5. Lucid, amber beer builds a nice, fluffy, clean white head that climbs almost up to one finger. The foamy pillow marks the glass with erratic patterns. A frazil-icy lacing and a decent lace ring adorn the top throughout the entire drink. The fragrance displays thin pale malt, a remote nuance of honey and a suggestion of grainy biscuit. The taste receptors like the mild-hopped, slightly caramellish malt that is flavored by a bit of lemon peel and considerably remote spruce needles. The body is light-medium. The mild-hoppy aftertaste leaves in mouth a pinch of biscuit crunch and a weak caramelly note for some time. The mouthfeel is a bit hoppy, medium-crisp, fresh and weakly mouth-drying.
