Best before 2027/01. For me closer to Witbier than Saison. Orange, coriander. Low-bodied. Light and refreshing.

Medium light and medium dry body. Low carbons, faintly wheaty and a bit sour feel to it. Aftertaste adds coriander, pepper, faint banana and some floral tones. Fresh summer beer.

Banaani ja jonkinlainen nektari tulee ensin mieleen tästä ohraoluesta, joka sisältää mm. spelttiä ja ruista. Hyvin kevyt ja kepeä, raikas sekä ilahduttava.

Samea vaalea olut valkoisella vaahdolla. Vieno hedelmäinen tuoksu. Maku samoin, ei kovin vahva mutta hedelmäinen, appelsiinia selvästi, oluinen ja pehmeähkö, vähän tahmea ja taustalla aavistuksen tunkkainen. Ei mikään ihmeellinen mutta lupaavan tuntuinen olut.
