Tuoksussa Bourbon tynnyriä, paahteisuutta ja loivaa vaahterasiirappia. Maussa Bourbon/tynnyri on päällimmäisenä ja ja hyvänä kakkosena paahteinen mallas. Vaahterasiirappi on sopivan ohuesti mukana. Jälkimaku tamminen ja paahteinen.

Pas tout a fait la même version de bière... Noire, quelques arômes de chocolat/café, en bouche ça pique légèrement, étrange, bonne carbonatation... pas bien vu le côté banane... Bon mais pas fou non plus...

23.11.2018 Ohut tummanruskea vaahto. Tuoksussa vahvasti Bourbon. Suutuntuma paahteinen ja kahvinen. Myös suklaisuutta. Ehkä hieman alkoholin makua lopussa mutta ei häiritsevästi. Lämmittää kyllä. Tämän piti olla se minun numero 1000 mutta parempi myöhään kuin ei ollenkaan.

Bourbon and maple syrup in the aroma. Coffee is there too. Taste has a sweet maple syrup. There is some bourbon character present as well. A nice coffee adds to the complexity. Leaves a sweet stickiness on the lips after sipping. Very well balanced beer. This is great. Nice way to end our 4th of July beer share. Not worth the price this beer commands, but i'm glad I got to try it. 4.5/5
