Peroni Gran Riserva Bianca is a Weiss beer with a fresh taste, pleasantly drinkable, characterized by fruity and spicy aromas. The selected high-fermentation yeast and the traditional production process give it a pleasant hint of cloves. According to tradition, the recipe uses barley and wheat malt. In order to guarantee a high-quality product we use only 100% Italian malt and a special variety of light Italian malt which gives it the elegant cloudy blond colour typical of Weiss beers.
