For an unfined lager it’s beautifully clear it pours with a cracking head which doesn’t stick around but leaves a good lacing on the glass. It’s got quite a yeasty, musty smell but it tastes like a classic lager, crisp refreshing with a light biscuity flavour, think Nice Biscuits, and a little hint of lemon. Not too bad.
