Backlog. I forgot to post this last week. I do not have high expectations for this brewery. 0,44l can from Spiegelau IPA-glass. Canned 14.04.21. Can design is good. Simple yet interesting. I like it and I would take a closer look in the store. Slightly hazy pale yellow beer with massive white foam. Overcarbed, again. Fresh hoppy scent with lemon, grapefruit and grass. At least this smells like a beer 😅 Very high carbonation, that luckily settles quite fast. Mouthfeel is oily and has a powderish texture. Pretty good for the abv. Lemon, grapefruit and wet hay on first sip. Taste isn't too fresh, but remains drinkable. A little bit of peach and apricot on the background. Grass and pine towards the end. Ends with grass bitterness and grapefruit. Pretty basic IPA. Suffers from stuffy taste. I would not buy this.

TÀmÀ on jotenkin tosi vaisu. Ei pahaa, mutta omaan makuun kaipaisin enemmÀn makua. Pintin sponssaama olut.

Western Herd - Cliff Road IPA A free sample received from Pint Please to review. Thanks! BB 04/22. Can label same old. Foams way too much again. Supposedly NEIPA, but it's not hazy. Great. Yellow, filtered color. Quite fruity scent. Decent. Tastes actually the same scent. Fruity hoppiness. First not spoiled beer, I think. Juicy fruitiness. Soft sipper. Watery finish. Body is not very carbonated, light. Somehow has lot of bubbles and foam but body is barely carbonated. Weird. Hmm. For NEIPA, it has a good flavour, but it's not hazy so that lowers the score. Why the insane foam though. Don't sell this as NEIPA though as the color is not hazy.

Tosi kiva ipa nÀin iltaan. Tölkki on hyvÀn nÀköinen ja erottuu joukosta vaikka on aika simppeli. Mukavan sitruksinen ipa tÀssÀ on kyseessÀ. Todella raikas maku ja aika helposti juotava olut.

Another new Irish brewery. Best before: 14.4.2022 so about one month-old I guess. Temperature: +9 C The cans are clear, professional-looking. Much, much better than most of those other Irish beers I've had recently. The label feels coarse, which I like. Another positive thing is to mention hops used. I'd like to know the beer style as there's no mention other than just "Hop burst IPA". But the brewery's websites tell this is a NEIPA. And as for NEIPA, this is very clear. Golden colored. The head is also a bit too tall, airy with average retention: 2,75/5 The aroma feels fresh with grapefruit and orange like citrus with just a touch of something tropical. Not particularly juicy or otherwise NEIPA-like. But clear and fresh. Decent intensity as well: 3,5/5 The mouthfeel is medium and it flows nicely with a grainy wheat sensation. Medium carbonation, low bitterness. Good drinkability: 3,5/5 The taste is fresh with fruity and citrusy flavors. Wheat malt and other clean malty flavors are there as well. The beer finishes with a lingering dry aftertaste: 9,5/15 Hmmm, I don't know. I'm just having a hard time getting any real NEIPA vibes out of this beer. But certainly, it's not West Coast eitherđŸ€·â€â™‚ïžnevertheless, decent flavors. Super easy drinkability and no off-flavors. Few more beers from this brewery are sitting in the fridge. I'm hoping a bit more out of them: 13,5/20 =32,75/50
