Back here 🇨🇭👍🏻😅 The one and only. "Foam corner". This time I designed a flight of five. All Swiss, of course.
Beer 1/5.
Hazy, deep straw beer with a fluffy, white head that finds itself at the altitude of two fingers. Retention is very long.
Orange juice, lemon pulp and wheat dominate the fragrance. I'm imagining also a suggestion of coriander seed here. Perhaps it's a mere illusion though. The tongue receives more lemon pith, grapefruit peel and wheat malt that portrays a bit of not so fresh flavor.
The body is light. The finish is light-bitter citrusy with wheat malt, of course, at the bottom.
The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, balanced but slightly closed.
P.S. The restroom (unisex) has a bunch of beer/brewery stickers on the walls. Somebody from 🇫🇮 has obviously contributed substantially to this collection. There was even a Pint Please sticker earlier but the bar had to close the doors for a period during the covid pandemic. They did some renovation there, including cleaning of the tiles in the restroom. That's when the Pint Please sticker was removed.
