4th beer from my trip in Spain. I was really excited to try this one! A sour beer aged in barrel! I put this lovely copper orange beer in a glass. First thing I noticed was the very low carbonation, almost inexistant! Odd because in the description they mention one. Well! Acidic sour notes went to my nose. Smell good but I can’t really say what I smelled. Taste is fruity but really sour/acidic! Very funky. I can tell that it’s aged in barrel. The description says that the sour acidic property come from the wine barrel used! Really weird and good beer. I took away a half star because of the too low carbonation and a another half because when it warm up the acidic was a bit intense! I recommend a try! Cheers!
