We take a new approach with our French Fruity Pale Ale. This beer style is usually quite bitter, but in our interpretation of it we have elected to focus on fruitiness. Apples, to be precise. The apples complement the malty sweetness and interact very well with the Vic Secret australian dryhopping. The essence of it is a perfect balance between sweet/maltiness, and fruity/ hoppiness. Malty back bone, balanced sweetness, fruity balance between apples and citrus, ending in moderate hop bitterness.
