Simply incredible bourbon barrel aged stout. Can tell the quality of the bourbon and that the brewers really knew what they were doing. Don't get a ton of chiles and cinnamon, but it's there. And at less than 10 percent it is very drinkable and not hot at all. This capped off a great experience at this brewery. Highly recommend if ever in the Geneseo Illinois area.
