
Mixer is a collaboration with little monster brewery. We kettle-soured the beer overnight before adding 2g/L of pink Himalayan salt. We then pressed 200Kg of fresh pineapples and added the juice to the fermentation.

Mukavan pirtsakka gose. Ananas oli hieman erikoinen, liekö Lidl laatua, mutta kaikin puolin maukas. Suolaa sopivasti ja mahtaako Himalajan suola antaa lisää pehmeyttä.

Mainly vinegar tasting rather than pineapple, but I don’t enjoy sour beers.

A bit more on the tame side compared to other sours I've had. The pineapple comes through ever so slightly. Pilsner and wheat malts make a very interesting beer
