Smells hoppy. Bourbon and oak follow. Taste has a malty sweetness along with some hoppiness. Bourbon is next with just a little bit of oak tagging along for the ride. Hop bitterness lingers well into the aftertaste. Sweeter than Dankwood, but I like the bourbon better in Dankwood. Has a medium mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation. Very good. I think I'm starting to like the combination of IPAs and bourbon aging. Makes for a unique taste. I'd buy this again for sure. 4/5
