Cloudy, gold cider with strong, fizzy but rapidly evaporating carbonation unleashes a weak, pure white head that falls short of half a finger and settles soon down to a hair-thin lace ring on top. The scent is hefty vinous with bags of Champage yeast, a tad sour apple juice and faint green grapes. Attractive and mouthwatering. The taste receptors love the natural sour apple mash that gains additional tartness from raw gooseberry, a suggestion of whitecurrant and a whisper of green grapes. The distant yeast has lost its vinous character. Interestingly, this cider is semisweet according to the label. The cider finishes short with a bit of yeasty apple nectar and a pinch of whitecurrant. The mouthfeel is medium-tart, somewhat Belgiany, extraordinarily natural and gardeny, as well as truly fresh. Indeed a very palatable cider from Fiskars!

Hyvä, puolimakea Suomen-ranskalainen siideri! Raikas ja kohtalaisen mieto, mutta pitää silti sisällään kirpeän, käyneen omenan kipakan maun!

Siideksi ihan hyvä. Ei makea eikä kuiva. Hyvän raikas maku elämys. Voittaa kaupan omenasiiderit. Voisi maistaa toisenkin vaikken siiderin ystävä olekaan. Tulee mieleen omatekemä omena mehu jossa hiilihapokkuutta lisänä. Siideksi arvosana 3,5

Aika makea ja täyteläinen. Omena maistuu kivasti. Ei ole kovin hapokas. Helposti juotava nautiskelujuoma.

Makeahko, muttei ällön. Ehkä aavistus enempi hiilihappoa olisi tuonut hivenen raikkautta. Voisi kokeilla syksymmällä lämmitettynä. Loistava tuotos, joka jatkaa onnistunutta suomalais-ranskalaista juomakulttuuria ja yhteistyötä (Jalluhan on jo legenda).
