This classic Scots ale is as dark and brooding as the storms which sweep across our remote Atlantic outcrop. Some detect a savoury note – perhaps from the peat in our water or the sea salt in the air – but our dark roasted barley, chocolate malt character is unmistakable, making this a dark beer to rival them all.
