Side by side review with Full Earth. I've done this before, but they changed the hops in Full Earth. Full Earth: Oranges and pineapple in the aroma. Taste has pineapple, oranges, a little bit of grapefruit and primarily citrusy hops. Small amount of lingering bitterness in the finish. Boss Tweed: Oranges and grapefruit in the aroma. Taste has oranges, grapefruit, something else i can't quite put my finger on and primarily citrusy hops. Very little lingering bitterness in the finish. Both have a soft mouthfeel, which is expected for the style. The Boss Tweed has more carbonation than Full Earth, which is unnecessary, but doesn't distract much from the experience. Last time I gave the nod to Boss Tweed; this time I'm giving it to Full Earth. High 4.75/5

I've had this before, but they changed the hop bill due to availability. Very citrusy aroma. Taste has a lot of citrus. Grapefruit, oranges and a little bit of pineapple. The body is damn near medium-full with a medium amount of carbonation. This is quite tasty. Excellent double NEIPA. I'm gonna try this alongside Boss Tweed, just to see how it compares. Last time, with the previous hop bill, they were damn close, but Tweed was slightly better. 4.5/5

Side by side review with Boss Tweed. Tweed is on the left, Earth is on the right. In the taste, I'm getting oranges and a piney taste with more emphasis on the peel of the orange. Virtually no hop bitterness. Very juicy. The 9.1% abv is hidden very well. Lighter end of a full mouthfeel with carbonation on the lower end of high. The better of the two...is Boss Tweed. Both are great examples of the style, but Tweed is juicier and easier drinking than Full Earth. I'd rate both a 4.5/5

In the aroma, I'm getting tropical and citrusy notes along with some piney aromas. Oranges, grapefruit and pineapple. The taste has grapefruit up front with the oranges and pineapples in the background and definitely more subtle than in the aroma. The piney flavor shows up next along with some bitterness from the hops used. Very juicy as is expected. Higher medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Kinda coats the inside of the month a little bit. I like it. I think the next time I drink this, it'll be side by side with Boss Tweed to compare the two. Excellent example of the double N.E. IPA style and definitely recommended. Another winner from Old Nation Brewing. 4.5/5
